How COD works
Select Cash on Delivery at checkout, provide an accurate phone number and delivery address, and keep the order amount ready when the courier arrives. The order may be confirmed before dispatch.
Availability
COD availability can vary by delivery location, order value, product, or courier service. If COD is not available for your order, another payment method will be shown at checkout.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the package for visible damage before accepting it where the delivery service permits. If you need help with an order, contact GenZ Town with your order number.
Returns and refunds
COD orders follow the same Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds may require bank or digital-payment details because cash may not be returned by the courier.
